Client Service Representative (Customer Services)

About the role

As a Client Service Representative you will provide phone‑based support to customers from the comfort of your home. You will help resolve product and platform issues, answer account and billing questions, and contribute to client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat following SOPs.
• Utilize TCP’s technology suite—including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu—in daily operations.
• Escalate and route customer issues to the appropriate departments according to guidelines.
• Record, review, and follow up on requests and resolutions.
• Investigate and research solutions, updating customer records during conversations.
• Meet and exceed quantitative metrics such as client‑facing time, call quality, and occupancy.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or retention within a US‑based B2C financial or banking environment.
• Dedicated home workspace.
• Availability for a 40‑hour work week, 5 days a week, with 9‑hour shifts (including a 1‑hour unpaid break) between 09:00‑21:00 Eastern Time, Monday‑Friday (Saturday after training).
