Client Service Representative – Remote Customer Support

About the role

As a Client Service Representative you will deliver phone‑based support to customers from the comfort of your home. You will help resolve product, platform, account and billing issues while contributing to client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat following SOPs.
• Utilize TCP’s technology suite—including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO and Hodu—in daily operations.
• Escalate and route issues to the appropriate departments according to guidelines.
• Record, review and follow up on requests, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Investigate and research solutions, updating customer records during each interaction.
• Achieve quantitative metrics and KPIs such as call quality, client‑facing time and occupancy.

Required profile

• Dedicated home workspace.
• Availability for a 9‑hour shift (09 AM‑09 PM ET) 5 days a week, 40 hours total, with a 1‑hour unpaid break; Saturday work after training.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, collections or retention within a US‑based B2C financial or banking environment.
• Base salary of $4 per hour.
