Clinic Assistant

About the role

Spectra Cure Clinic is seeking a full‑time Clinic Assistant to support its multidisciplinary team in Cairo. The role focuses on coordinating patient follow‑up, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clinicians, reception staff, and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient follow‑up appointments to guarantee continuity of care.
• Assist with clinical examination documentation and keep patient records up to date.
• Prepare and record meeting minutes, tracking action items and follow‑ups.
• Maintain clinical and administrative data for reporting and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with the reception team on appointment changes, confirmations, and scheduling.
• Generate regular administrative and operational reports for management.
• Facilitate communication between clinicians, reception staff, and patients to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Compassionate, professional patient care attitude in a non‑clinical support capacity.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Medical degree with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in pediatrics or a mental‑health setting.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
