Job description
Dental center at nasr city, Cairo is looking for a proactive and organized person to oversee daily clinic operations, lead the reception and nursing teams, ensure an excellent patient experience, and contribute to the continuous development of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth coordination between reception, nurses, and doctors.
- Lead, organize, and follow up on the performance of the reception and nursing teams.
- Ensure timely responses to patient inquiries, appointment requests, and follow-ups.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Monitor appointments, scheduling, patient flow, and waiting times.
- Identify operational problems, take corrective action, and escalate important issues when necessary.
- Prepare simple, accurate daily and periodic reports for the clinic owner.
Requirements:
Experience in dental clinics or other medical centers is a strong advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and digital communication tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Location: Nasr City, Cairo.
Working hours: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday.
