Cloud Solution Architect – Exchange Server & Exchange Online

About the role

The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) for Exchange will act as a technical leader for customers, designing and delivering secure, scalable Exchange Server and Exchange Online solutions. You will help enterprises modernize their messaging infrastructure and adopt Microsoft 365 services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect hybrid and cloud Exchange solutions, including migrations to Exchange Online.
• Integrate Exchange with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Azure Active Directory.
• Lead deployments, upgrades, health assessments and performance optimisation of Exchange environments.
• Implement retention policies, compliance configurations and disaster‑recovery strategies.
• Conduct technical workshops, proof‑of‑concepts and readiness sessions for customers.
• Provide trusted advisory to technical and business stakeholders, aligning solutions with customer success plans.
• Establish governance for hybrid and online Exchange and automate tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in customer‑facing roles involving enterprise messaging systems.
• Strong background in Exchange Server architecture, administration and migration.
• Proven ability to design secure, compliant and resilient messaging platforms.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Exchange or related technologies are a plus.
