Code Review Specialist (AI Training)

About the role

We are looking for Code Review Specialists to evaluate AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. Your coding knowledge will directly influence the next generation of AI systems, helping them write better software.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code in Python, JavaScript, or other languages for correctness and quality.
• Identify bugs, logical errors, edge cases, and inefficiencies.
• Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics.
• Suggest clear, well‑reasoned improvements.
• Work across a variety of programming challenges and difficulty levels.
• Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• Ability to read and understand code in at least one programming language.
• Analytical thinker with solid problem‑solving instincts.
• Clear written communicator who can explain technical concepts concisely.
• Detail‑oriented and consistent in evaluations.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No computer science degree required; self‑taught developers and hobbyists are encouraged to apply.
