About the role

The Collection and Sales Representative will manage client accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and identify sales opportunities. This full‑time, on‑site position requires professional communication and a focus on meeting collection and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Contact clients by phone and email to negotiate payment plans and ensure timely collections.
Update records in the CRM or billing system and prepare regular collection status reports.
Identify sales opportunities, present services, assist with proposals, and coordinate with sales and recruitment teams.

Required profile

Proven experience in collections, account management, or customer‑facing financial roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts.
Vocational diploma or bachelor's degree in business, finance, commerce or related field preferred.
