Collection Officer

About the role
The Collection Officer will join Valley Water’s headquarters to ensure accurate inventory management across our beverage brands. You will play a key part in maintaining stock integrity and supporting warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock movements.
- Reconcile warehouse transactions and investigate any inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and support periodic stock counts.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and accounting procedures.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
