About the role
We are seeking a Collections & Returns Coordinator to join our Cairo team. In this position you will be responsible for managing customer collections, rental payments, and product returns while ensuring data accuracy in our Odoo system.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with customers on outstanding collections and rental payments.
- Process product returns and update records accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the Odoo ERP system.
- Generate reports and reconcile data as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in collections, follow‑up, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Odoo ERP system
