Commercial Manager – Bonded Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the business development and sales activities of our bonded warehouse in Ain Sokhna. The role focuses on expanding occupancy, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the logistics and supply‑chain ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase warehouse occupancy and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics partners.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service proposals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Prepare commercial offers, quotations and service packages tailored to client needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to adapt the commercial approach.
• Collaborate closely with operations to guarantee contract fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in bonded warehouses, logistics, freight forwarding or supply‑chain operations.
• Proven track record and strong network in the Ain Sokhna region.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated business‑development and strategic‑planning skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply‑Chain Management or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
