Commercial Manager (Cairo)

About the role

Orgtect HR Solutions is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead its commercial operations from its Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive business planning, contract management and revenue growth for the company’s HR solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial business plans aligned with company strategy.
• Analyse market trends, financial data and forecasts to identify revenue opportunities.
• Manage contracts, vendor relationships and negotiate commercial agreements with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align commercial strategies with service offerings.
• Lead, mentor and monitor performance of the commercial team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Continuously improve commercial processes and tools.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with proven commercial management and business planning experience.
• Robust analytical skills for market analysis, financial evaluation and performance reporting.
• Experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Demonstrated team‑management capabilities, including coaching and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Background in professional services, HR solutions or consulting is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
