Commercial & Market Intelligence Analyst – Business Intelligence & CRM

About the role

The Commercial & Market Intelligence Analyst acts as the analytical engine of the commercial team, turning data into actionable insight. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations, the role owns market, competitive and business intelligence, as well as CRM data integrity, to support strategy, pricing and product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update market, competitive and demand intelligence that informs commercial strategy and tender development.
• Build, maintain and deliver dashboards and standard reports for the Strategic Marketing & Technology organization.
• Own win/loss reporting, analysing patterns and providing concise briefs for the team.
• Ensure CRM data integrity, pipeline hygiene and support adoption across the commercial function.
• Manage lead and opportunity data to keep the pipeline accurate and reportable.
• Analyse customer segments, buying behaviour and account profitability to guide targeting and prioritisation.
• Provide analytical support for pricing, quote analysis, discount tracking and cost‑to‑serve calculations.
• Operate commercial‑intelligence AI agents day‑to‑day under director governance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market, competitive and commercial intelligence.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting commercial strategy, pricing and go‑to‑market planning.
• Attention to data quality and ability to maintain robust reporting foundations.
