About the role
Bloom Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Community Pharmacist who treats pharmacy work as a healthcare responsibility. The role involves delivering high‑standard patient care, professional counseling, and accurate dispensing within a premium retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense prescriptions accurately following Ministry of Health and Pharmacy (MoHP) regulations and Bloom SOPs.
- Provide patient counseling and retail customer service in line with Bloom’s standards.
- Advise customers on over‑the‑counter medicines, dermo‑cosmetics, and skincare products.
- Operate POS and pharmacy management systems for transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with store teams across multiple locations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a valid syndicate ID.
- Minimum one year of experience in community pharmacy.
- Professional appearance, strong communication, customer‑oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
- Male candidates only.
Required skills
- Good to fluent English proficiency.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (beginner to advanced).
- Experience with POS/pharmacy management systems.
