Community Pharmacist – Patient Care & Retail

About the role

Bloom Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated community pharmacist who treats pharmacy work as a vital healthcare responsibility. You will join a premium retail environment that values professionalism, patient safety, and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately in compliance with Ministry of Health and Population regulations and Bloom SOPs.
• Provide patient counseling and retail customer service following Bloom’s standards.
• Advise customers on over‑the‑counter products, dermo‑cosmetics, and skincare items.
• Operate POS and pharmacy management systems for transactions and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with store teams across multiple locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a valid syndicate ID.
• Minimum one year of experience in a community pharmacy setting.
• Excellent communication, professional appearance, customer‑oriented mindset, teamwork, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Good to fluent English proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (beginner to advanced).
• Experience using POS/pharmacy management systems.
