Competence Center Manager

About the role

The Competence Center Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the CoC Schools, overseeing all functions, ensuring high‑quality delivery, and representing the centre at local and national events. The role drives the vision, expands the network, and aligns activities with the organisation’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a long‑term vision for the school’s operations, training, and capacity‑building portfolio.
• Develop strategies to increase visibility, grow the school network, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare and monitor business plans, budgets, and financial reports in collaboration with finance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal guidelines, and health‑safety standards.
• Oversee curriculum design, guide development of student and teacher materials, and supervise educational programs.
• Manage staff performance, conduct crisis management, and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Represent the CoC at workshops, conferences, and other events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading educational or training centres.
• Strong strategic thinking and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse financial and operational data and take corrective actions.
