About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Compliance Specialist to support and strengthen compliance practices across our retail operations. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies and ethical standards while helping to mitigate risk and drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor regulatory and legal requirements relevant to retail operations.
- Conduct compliance training and awareness initiatives for staff.
- Track compliance metrics and identify potential risks.
- Investigate compliance issues and support corrective actions.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal advisory, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and policy implementation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
