Compliance Specialist – Plant Operations

About the role

The Compliance Specialist ensures that all plant operations adhere to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards, with a focus on environmental, safety, and governance guidelines. This role is pivotal in protecting the company’s interests while maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all contracts meet legal requirements, company policies, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor plant activities, contracts, and processes for compliance adherence.
• Identify compliance breaches, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure plant operations align with governance guidelines and local regulations.
• Liaise with governmental authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare compliance reports for management and external auditors.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Participate in internal investigations related to compliance matters.

Required profile

• Higher degree in finance or law, preferably from an English‑section program.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in auditing and compliance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
