Construction Manager – Ras Al Hekma

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities for a project in Ras Al Hekma. The role ensures the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards while acting as the main liaison between subcontractors, site staff and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage day‑to‑day site activities, including resources, subcontractors and materials.
• Monitor progress against schedule and ensure compliance with construction timelines.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, site diaries and quality documentation.
• Review and approve method statements, material submittals and work inspections.
• Resolve site issues, delays or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Track project budgets and timelines, reporting any variances.
• Lead site meetings and maintain communication with project teams and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods and industry standards.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Solid knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
