Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will lead daily on‑site activities for Nawy Real Estate projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This position coordinates workers, subcontractors, and internal teams while upholding the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site construction work and verify progress against project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues or delays.
• Enforce health, safety, and company policies on the construction site.
• Monitor workmanship and material quality to meet established standards.
• Prepare and manage daily site reports covering progress, safety incidents, and resource usage.
• Address on‑site problems promptly to minimise disruption.
• Assist in scheduling labour and material deliveries for timely task execution.
• Ensure all work complies with contract specifications and budget constraints.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness among all site personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑motivation abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and capacity to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction drawings.
