Consultant HR Operations

About the role

SITA is looking for a Consultant HR Operations to manage payroll, benefits and employee life‑cycle processes across its operations in Egypt. You will partner with payroll vendors, finance and HR teams to ensure accurate, compliant and timely delivery of payroll and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and submit payroll inputs, support reconciliation and review outputs before payment processing.
• Administer employee benefits, update providers on changes, and arrange monthly invoice payments.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave administration and off‑boarding activities, maintaining accurate records in HRIS.
• Maintain payroll calendars, ensure compliance with deadlines, and resolve payroll issues with stakeholders.
• Conduct regular data audits, produce management information, and support internal/external audit requests.
• Provide strategic data support for business cases such as mergers, acquisitions and outsourcing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience.
• Experience with HRIM systems, preferably PeopleSoft.
• Fluent in English and French; knowledge of regional language is a plus.
