Content & Copywriter – PropTech (Real Estate)

About the role

York Towers is looking for a bilingual Arabic & English Content & Copywriter to create compelling marketing material for an AI‑powered real‑estate marketplace. The role will craft high‑quality content that boosts brand awareness, platform engagement and lead generation across the PropTech ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Write social media captions, advertising copy, landing page content and property descriptions in both Arabic and English.
• Develop email campaigns, newsletters and other marketing collateral while ensuring consistency with brand voice.
• Produce SEO‑optimized blog articles and website copy related to real‑estate trends and the platform’s AI features.
• Translate product features and platform tools into clear, engaging messaging for product marketing.
• Collaborate with designers, motion‑graphics specialists and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of professional copywriting or content creation experience.
• Fluent written communication in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to adapt messaging for diverse target audiences within the real‑estate sector.
