Content Creator Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Content Creator Specialist to join our content team. You will plan, execute, and analyze engaging social media content across multiple platforms while ensuring brand consistency and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly activations, marketing calendars, and content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of planned activities.
• Ideate and produce short‑form videos, reels, and other creative assets tailored to each platform.
• Upload, schedule, and review content to maintain platform hygiene, accuracy, and optimal formatting.
• Monitor competitor activity, emerging trends, and new platform features to identify opportunities.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews, extract key learnings, and prepare KPI reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and their best practices.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
