Content Specialist – Experienced

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Content Specialist to join an agile, multi‑disciplinary team focused on building, maintaining and optimising digital content for the UK consumer market. The role ensures clear, accurate and engaging content across web pages, emails, banners and pricing, while adhering to brand guidelines, accessibility standards and customer experience goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build, update and maintain digital media assets such as webpages, responsive emails, banners, promotions and pricing content.
• Regularly review and optimise content to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to gather, validate and manage up‑to‑date information.
• Work closely with copy, design, marketing and e‑commerce teams to deliver timely outputs.
• Use content management systems daily and provide guidance to colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer journeys and ways of working.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects and support agile delivery.
• Apply strong attention to detail to minimise post‑deployment corrections.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in content editing or digital content operations.
• Confidence using content management systems, preferably headless CMS platforms.
• Knowledge or coursework in prompt engineering.
• Hands‑on experience or training with AI tools such as Claude, GPT and Gemini, and familiarity with Writer and Structure platforms.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks with project‑management tools.
• Clear communicator with strong writing and editing capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to work accurately under time constraints.
• Experience working within brand guidelines and adapting tone of voice.
