Content Writer - MEA

About the role

IDP, a global leader in international education services operating in more than 50 countries, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer Specialist to join its content and marketing team. You will create compelling, audience-focused content that brings the brand to life across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging, original content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, brochures and other marketing materials.
• Write clear, persuasive, audience-centric copy that follows brand guidelines and supports business objectives.
• Turn complex information into simple, accessible and compelling content.
• Work with marketing, product, regional and stakeholder teams on content plans and editorial calendars.
• Make sure content matches the organisation's tone of voice, messaging framework and brand values.
• Adapt content for different countries, cultures and audience segments while keeping it consistent.
• Review and edit content for accuracy, quality, clarity and relevance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, content marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and customer-centric storytelling.
• Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating content across multiple digital channels.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation.
• Nice to have: experience in global or multi-market organisations, AI-assisted content creation and content governance, and knowledge of the education, international mobility, technology or professional services sectors.
