Continuous Improvement Technician

About the role

Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC is a technology‑driven media distribution company looking for a Continuous Improvement Technician. The role focuses on auditing workflows, identifying quality issues, and supporting tool enhancements to ensure high‑quality delivery of entertainment content.

Key responsibilities

• Audit multiple departments and workflows, documenting errors and artefacts in a clear database format.
• Test internal tools, collaborate with the development team, and track improvement actions.
• Inspect linear media assets (video, audio, subtitles, closed captions) for compliance with client specifications.
• Maintain and update checklists, ensuring accurate and methodical testing procedures.
• Work with the manager to refine systems, develop new tools, and support supply‑chain audits.
• Adhere to security policies and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of continuous improvement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, media, or a related field.
• High attention to detail and strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to learn new methods.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong problem‑solving, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.

Required skills
