Contract Manager

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts related to design, construction supervision, construction, and other project‑related agreements. The role involves ensuring all contractual documentation is accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant until project close‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, administer and close out contract documents for design, construction supervision, construction and related project contracts.
- Review guarantees, insurance documents and relevant amendments.
- Maintain contract correspondence and documentation.
- Handle contract administration tasks including variations, claims and risk‑management administration.
- Produce periodic contract status reports.
Required profile
- BSc degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience working on sizable construction projects with a focus on contracts.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexible approach to work.
