Contracts Administrator

About the role

The Contracts Administrator will manage end‑to‑end tender processes and draft robust contracts to secure cost‑effective procurement of goods and services for the Sukari gold mine. Working on‑site in Marsa Alam, the role ensures strict compliance with corporate policies and maintains data integrity across all contractual records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and execute the full tender cycle, including standardising bidding packages and conducting commercial evaluations.
• Draft and amend contracts, variations and related correspondence, ensuring alignment with company policy.
• Verify purchase order rates against contract values and variation orders, enforcing a zero‑tolerance compliance stance.
• Maintain and update ERP databases with contract conditions, pricing metrics and archive documentation in the central Supply System.
• Monitor vendor performance, generate KPI reports and track contract renewals, extensions or terminations.
• Facilitate communication between procurement, technical users and other stakeholders regarding contract updates and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in contract administration, procurement or a similar role.
• Formal training in Quantity Surveying, legal studies, contract management or supply‑chain disciplines is highly desirable.
