Control & Reporting Associate Manager – S&T

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Control & Reporting Associate Manager for its Sales & Trade (S&T) function in North Africa. The role will lead month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end financial reporting, ensure balance‑sheet integrity and support internal control compliance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end reporting activities, delivering accurate and timely financial submissions.
• Monitor designated balance‑sheet areas, review reconciliations, identify risks and resolve open items.
• Support the control agenda by ensuring adherence to PepsiCo policies, accounting standards, SOX requirements and internal governance processes.
• Provide clear financial analysis, reporting insights and recommendations to aid decision‑making and improve visibility of financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and strengthen reporting and control processes, driving efficiency and quality improvements.
• Partner with Finance teams, control leadership, shared services, auditors and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting, month‑end close and balance‑sheet management.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance and accounting standards.
• Ability to analyse financial data, generate insights and communicate recommendations.
• Experience working with cross‑functional finance teams and external auditors.
