Coordinator Accounting

About the role

instashop, an online local marketplace in the UAE and Egypt and part of the Delivery Hero family since 2020, is looking for a Coordinator Accounting in Cairo. The role supports the company's operations by managing partner relationships, helping with financial processes and keeping financial operations smooth across its network of partner shops. It also helps set up new shops, answers partner questions and supports the finance team with monthly closings.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the setup and onboarding of new partner shops so they integrate smoothly into the platform
• Provide ongoing assistance to existing partner shops, guide them through operational processes and answer their questions
• Respond to partner inquiries and emails and resolve issues about their operations on the platform
• Keep partner shop information updated and accurate
• Support the Business Development team with partner-related inquiries
• Manage office petty cash, track expenses and keep accurate records of office costs
• Maintain up-to-date financial records, including bank details for partner shops
• Assist the finance team with monthly closing, reconciliation and other accounting tasks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
• 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting, finance or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of petty cash management and reconciliation processes
