Corporate Banking Relationship Manager – Cairo & Alexandria

About the role

The Relationship Manager will lead a portfolio within the Commercial Banking Unit, actively marketing and soliciting new corporate relationships across Cairo and other governorates to meet defined targets.

Key responsibilities

• Screen prospective customers against the target market plan and risk acceptance criteria to align with ADIB Egypt’s credit risk appetite.
• Provide Business Analysts with client information, financial statements, and data for various credit reviews.
• Review and approve credit extensions, ensuring accuracy, appropriate facility structure, and compliance with risk‑reward balance.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to resolve internal issues promptly and support service units within agreed SLAs.
• Conduct periodic client calls and site visits, documenting interactions as required.
• Promote brand loyalty by offering updates on the bank’s financial products and addressing client needs.
• Monitor past‑due reports, take corrective actions, and ensure compliance with Central Bank of Egypt regulations.
• Identify expansion opportunities with existing clients and generate qualified referrals for cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or commercial banking with portfolio management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, facility structuring, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships across multiple regions.
• Experience conducting client outreach, site visits, and regular follow‑up activities.
• Knowledge of Egyptian banking regulations and Central Bank guidelines.
