Corporate Communication Officer / Senior Officer

About the role

The Corporate Communication Officer / Senior Officer will design and implement communication campaigns across ATL and BTL media to strengthen AAIB’s brand positioning and value. The role also oversees corporate branding projects, sponsorships, events, and crisis communications while ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute ATL/BTL communication campaigns to promote AAIB’s brand.
• Manage corporate branding assets such as reports, brochures, stationery and monitor associated budgets, legal and positioning aspects.
• Conceptualize, design and produce sponsorships and corporate events to create focused brand presence.
• Conduct market research on local and global communication trends and select service providers based on quality and price.
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring commitments are met and a positive experience is delivered.
• Apply crisis‑management protocols to handle internal and external incidents.
• Utilize media, PR, online ads, radio, TV and outdoor channels for product announcements, interviews and other communications.
• Organize PR events (press conferences, launch events) for retail and corporate initiatives.
• Prepare the annual report and ensure timely release according to international banking standards.
• Oversee advertising budgets, yearly giveaways and outdoor media allocations to boost brand equity.
• Coordinate daily workflow with agencies and suppliers, ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Monitor departmental budget, approve expenditures and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate on CSR activities, corporate donations strategy and NGO partnerships.
