Corporate Counsel – Associate

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join its Global Solutions team. The role provides legal support across multiple business functions, working closely with stakeholders in Egypt and the UAE and reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to all departments, delivering practical legal advice and ensuring compliance with internal governance policies.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial and corporate decisions.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of contracts, memoranda and other legal documents.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on policy implementation in line with local laws.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex legal matters while supporting overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; LLM is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and related procedures.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• High integrity, flexibility and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
