Corporate Counsel – Associate

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join MAF Global Solutions. You will provide legal support across the business, work closely with senior legal leadership, and collaborate with stakeholders in Egypt and the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to all departments, delivering legal advice and shaping internal governance policies.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, memoranda and corporate documents.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations, providing timely guidance on complex matters.
• Support senior counsel in developing alternative business solutions and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and/or LLM.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and related procedures.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• High integrity, flexibility and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
