Corporate Trainer – Palo Alto Networks

About the role

Koenig Solutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer specialized in Palo Alto Networks firewalls. You will design and deliver high‑quality training programs for enterprise clients worldwide, both virtually and on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert‑led training on Palo Alto firewalls, covering configuration, security policies, NAT, VPN (IPSec & SSL), GlobalProtect, App‑ID, User‑ID, Content‑ID, Threat Prevention, and WildFire.
• Design, develop, and update course materials, lab guides, case studies, and real‑world security scenarios.
• Create and manage hands‑on lab environments, including HA setups and advanced deployments.
• Customize programs to client requirements, skill levels, and security needs.
• Develop assessments, practical assignments, and certification‑aligned evaluations.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance, log analysis, traffic flow review, and threat detection demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve courseware, lab infrastructure, and delivery methods.
• Stay current with Palo Alto Networks releases, PAN‑OS updates, and cybersecurity trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of Palo Alto firewall administration or corporate training experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in firewall deployment, configuration, and policy implementation.
• Experience with Panorama for centralized management.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and security architectures.
• Palo Alto certifications (PCNSA or PCNSE) strongly preferred.
• Additional experience with FortiGate firewalls, AWS or Azure is a plus.
