Cost Accountant – Odoo Experience

About the role
We are looking for a Cost Accountant with strong Odoo ERP expertise to manage cost accounting processes in our 6th of October City office. The role involves ensuring accurate cost data, supporting budgeting activities, and providing insights that drive profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day cost accounting operations within Odoo, including inventory valuation, cost allocation and expense tracking.
- Track and analyse actual costs versus budgets, preparing monthly variance reports to highlight discrepancies and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to assess project profitability, pricing structures and operational costs.
- Conduct regular system audits, reconcile accounts and enforce internal financial controls to maintain data integrity.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years of proven experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
- Hands‑on experience working extensively with Odoo ERP.
- Working proficiency in English.
