Cost Control Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Cost Control Manager to act as the financial backbone of our operations, turning data into actionable decisions. The role focuses on optimizing costs, improving profitability, and ensuring every Riyal spent adds real value across our manufacturing and retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product costing in the ERP system, maintaining accurate standard and actual costs and updating Bill of Materials.
• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. standard) and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and control direct and indirect costs, including raw materials, packaging, labor, and overheads.
• Support pricing decisions with cost insights and profitability analysis.
• Ensure the costing module setup, maintenance, and accuracy within the ERP; implement real‑time cost tracking processes.
• Oversee stock valuation and reconciliation, implement ERP‑driven inventory controls, and conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Generate detailed cost reports for decision‑making and ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and operational teams to align cost strategies with business goals and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a numbers‑driven approach.
• Experience in cost accounting, product costing, and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence spending decisions.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments, preferably in the food & beverage sector.
