Costing Analyst – Inventory & Supply Chain Risk Management

About the role

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Costing Analyst to support inventory analysis, supply chain loss risk management and cost optimisation. The role will monitor inventory, identify risk, and generate material usage variance analysis to uncover cost‑saving opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly analysis of all inventory categories (raw material, packaging material, finished goods) to identify and address supply chain loss (SCL) risks.
• Develop and track action plans with cross‑functional stakeholders and report findings to senior management.
• Perform weekly and monthly material usage variance analysis to spot operational inefficiencies and savings opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting related to material usage variance (MUV) and SCL.
• Review inventory records to ensure accurate and timely transaction recording.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control requirements and assist internal control and audit reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar costing or inventory analysis role.
• Strong command of English with clear communication skills.
• Quick learner, detail‑oriented, resilient and adaptable.
