Country Manager

About the role

The Country Manager will lead the company’s market presence, driving strategic growth and building a sustainable ecosystem of partners, customers and stakeholders. This senior position reports to global leadership and is responsible for delivering performance targets and enhancing the brand’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the market strategy, setting KPIs and long‑term positioning for the brand.
• Develop and nurture relationships with employers, universities, learning providers, government bodies, professional associations and other key influencers.
• Collaborate with internal global teams to align resources, share market insights and adapt value propositions.
• Ensure compliance with local legal, regulatory and financial requirements, embedding company policies across the market.
• Prepare and manage the approved market budget, reporting on financial performance and operational activities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in business or market development, preferably within professional services or education.
• Deep understanding of the local business environment and the accounting community.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long‑term plans and meet ambitious targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at board level.
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to organise work independently.
