Creative Director / Head of Fashion Designing

About the role

We are seeking a visionary, trend‑forward leader to head our fashion design department and drive the brand’s aesthetic evolution. You will translate the Creative Director’s vision into commercially successful seasonal collections while overseeing the full creative process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire the design team to develop cohesive seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and market demand.
• Oversee market research, trend forecasting, colour palettes and fabric innovations to set creative direction.
• Review and approve sketches, digital illustrations and technical flats, ensuring high‑quality storytelling.
• Supervise creation of precise tech packs, measurement charts and material specifications.
• Drive sourcing strategy for premium fabrics, knits, trims and hardware while balancing price points.
• Lead fit sessions, provide adjustments and sign‑offs to guarantee optimal silhouette and construction.
• Collaborate with product development, pattern makers and manufacturers to ensure flawless garment execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of professional fashion design experience with proven leadership of design projects or teams.
• Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite and apparel CAD/3D design software.
• Mastery of garment construction, fabric drape, advanced textiles, pattern making and grading.
• Strong project management, communication and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating the full design lifecycle from concept to finished garment.
