Crisis Response, Recovery & Support Services Manager (Cairo)

About the role

Terre des hommes is seeking a Crisis Response, Recovery and Support Services Manager on a six‑month, time‑bound contract in Cairo. The role is created to strengthen organisational oversight during ongoing external audits and investigations, ensuring effective coordination of crisis‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the completion of current external audits and investigations.
• Coordinate crisis response, recovery and support services across programmes.
• Provide enhanced organisational oversight and reporting to senior management.
• Facilitate communication between field teams, auditors and headquarters.
• Develop and implement short‑term action plans to address audit findings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in humanitarian or crisis‑management environments.
• Strong understanding of audit processes and organisational compliance.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving priorities.
