CRM Administrator – Enrollment Management

About the role

The Louisiana State University of Alexandria seeks a CRM Administrator to lead the technical and strategic operations of its Enrollment Management department. This role ensures smooth processing of applications, maintains system integrity, and supports the university’s enrollment goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of CRM, SIS, and related software, ensuring compliance with state and university policies.
• Lead staff, manage data integrity, and optimize workflows to improve turnaround times and applicant experience.
• Manage the end‑to‑end application process, including data import, document tracking, and decision processing.
• Serve as the primary user for Element451, Powercampus, Docubase, handling system configurations, updates, and data integration.
• Research new software capabilities, including AI tools, to enhance campus processes.
• Train and mentor Enrollment Management staff, fostering a performance‑driven team.
• Prepare regular reports on application trends and demographics for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Institutional Research on data corrections for state and federal reporting.
• Investigate potential fraudulent applications in coordination with IET.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in higher‑education administration, admissions operations, data management, or process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM and Student Information Systems.
• Strong communication, project management, training, and analytical abilities.
• Valid Louisiana driver’s license with a clean record.
