CRM Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven CRM Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑moving team. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns, primarily through push notifications, to boost engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise CRM campaigns via push notifications and other owned channels.
• Develop segmentation strategies based on behavioural, transactional and demographic data.
• Design targeted customer journeys to improve acquisition, activation, retention and re‑activation.
• Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to generate actionable insights.
• Monitor and report on key CRM KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion, retention, repeat purchase and revenue.
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, targeting and creative.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Commercial and Analytics teams to align initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure campaign quality through audience validation, QA and performance monitoring.
• Identify trends and personalise communications to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain CRM calendars and support automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
