CRM Senior Specialist

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a CRM Senior Specialist to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of customer relationship management solutions that support sales, marketing, service and field operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and project managers to deliver scalable, user‑centric platforms that align with enterprise standards and data governance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for customer engagement, sales, service and marketing.
• Run discovery workshops, map customer journeys and produce prioritized roadmaps.
• Configure CRM objects, workflows, forms, dashboards and business rules.
• Design functional specifications and user stories.
• Support integration with ERP, billing, contact‑center and third‑party systems.
• Plan and execute data migrations, ETL/ELT processes and system integrations.
• Participate in testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive CRM optimisation.
• Create training material, run user‑acceptance testing and promote adoption through role‑based enablement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end CRM solutions in a senior capacity.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, data governance and industry best practices.
