Cruise Advisor

About the role

The Cruise Advisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in New Cairo. You will guide customers through researching, planning and booking cruise vacations, providing personalized recommendations that match their preferences, budget and travel goals.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients via phone, email and chat to understand their cruise travel needs.
• Recommend suitable cruise lines, itineraries, cabin categories and add‑on services.
• Prepare quotes, upsell relevant packages and manage reservations in the booking system.
• Handle changes, cancellations and any booking issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on cruise products, promotions and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to meet or exceed sales and service targets.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport and identify client needs.
• Sales and negotiation skills, including experience with upselling and meeting performance targets.
• Enthusiasm for travel and cruise products and a willingness to continuously learn.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in New Cairo and collaborate in a diverse team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using reservation systems.
• Competence with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
