Cruise Manager

About the role

The Cruise Manager will lead daily cruise operations at our New Cairo office, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences. This full-time, on-site position works closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate schedules, resolve inquiries, and support sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise cruise schedules and itineraries.
• Enhance customer experience by addressing client inquiries and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Support sales efforts through operational insights and service excellence.
• Maintain company standards and uphold quality across all operational touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management, team coordination, and logistics planning.
• Strong customer service and client relationship management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry, especially cruise operations (advantageous).
• Ability to work effectively on‑site and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related field preferred.
