CSR Specialist

About the role

The CSR Specialist will design, implement, and monitor social compliance programs across our supply chain in Egypt, Turkey, and Jordan. The role ensures factories, suppliers, and partners meet local labor laws, international standards, and our customers' Code of Conduct while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage compliance programs, leveraging deep knowledge of labor rules and CSR challenges in Egypt, Turkey, and Jordan.
• Conduct social compliance audits, ensure audit quality, and follow up on Better Work and third‑party reports.
• Analyze audit findings, develop corrective action plans, and track their implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, Better Work offices, NGOs, trade unions, and government bodies.
• Prepare detailed compliance reports for regional and global leadership and maintain audit records in the Pivot88 CSR module.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate regular meetings with merchandising, quality, and other functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business, Law, International Relations or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in social compliance, ethical sourcing, or human‑rights work within supply chains.
• Strong understanding of environmental compliance and ESG frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic required, Turkish a strong advantage.
