About the role
The Customer Associate is the front‑line ambassador of IWG’s workspaces, delivering world‑class service to members and their guests. You will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and guests with a friendly, professional attitude every day.
- Manage on‑site tasks that keep the workspace organized and functional.
- Assist members with inquiries, bookings, and any issues that arise.
- Support colleagues to maintain a positive work environment.
