About the role

The Customer Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing the front‑desk operations of a medical facility. The role ensures smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, handles appointments, and supports billing and insurance verification.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, manage the welcome desk, and ensure a professional first impression.
• Collect pre‑patient registration data, demographic details, and insurance information.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate transfers to physicians or tele‑services.
• Process co‑payments, handle cash receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain confidential patient records and ensure timely data entry with zero errors.
• Address patient inquiries, resolve billing discrepancies, and promote relevant services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless patient care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 0‑2 years of experience in a medical center, customer service, or related healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of patient registration, appointment scheduling, and health insurance is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational ability and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
