Customer Delivery Programme Manager (Enterprise Projects)

About the role

VOIS is looking for a highly experienced Customer Delivery Programme Manager to lead large‑scale, customer‑facing projects for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for steering complex, multi‑party programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the programme vision and future state.
• Create detailed programme plans, including resource requirements, inter‑dependencies and critical paths.
• Integrate work streams into a cohesive plan and monitor performance against measurable outcomes.
• Build and lead high‑performing cross‑functional teams, manage recruitment and development.
• Apply quality‑assurance standards across all work streams and implement robust reporting for budget, timelines and KPIs.
• Define risk, issue and change management strategies and keep stakeholders informed.
• Align outcomes with benefits realisation, maintain business cases and forecast budgets accurately.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, customer‑facing programmes in a telecom or technology environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior‑level engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and drive delivery excellence.
