Customer Experience Coordinator – Egypt

About the role

As a Customer Experience Coordinator you will manage the full order lifecycle for EMEA customers, ensuring accurate processing in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, and delivering timely information to planning, sales and logistics teams. You will act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, building strong relationships and guaranteeing high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and process sales orders in SAP and MS Dynamics.
• Track orders through production, communicate availability, loading and delivery dates.
• Monitor payments, handle late‑payment follow‑up and credit requests.
• Maintain customer master data, hierarchy and price lists in SAP.
• Coordinate with planning, sales and logistics to ensure order deadlines are met.
• Handle complaints, credit notes and ensure smooth client‑sales team interactions.
• Manage open order book and sample order intake.

Required profile

• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in customer experience or sales support functions.
